I bike for two minutes as hard as I can and then take a minute slow and so on...for 20 minutes. What a workout!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then I either go slower on my bike or do the ellipticals. </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color: DarkOrchid"></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color: DarkOrchid">I want to try adding some things to my weights but I'm such a creature of habit. </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color: DarkOrchid"></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color: DarkOrchid">husband also added some new songs to my shuffle which are really good workout ones!</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color: DarkOrchid"></span></strong></p></blockquote><p></p>
