Sounds like there are a lot of difficult children in CPS - and they're teachers.

Unfortunately CPS has got so many problems - violence, decaying schools, less than impressive testing scores, etc - I don't imagine this is going to change a whole lot. It's a horrible disservice to the children of Chicago.
