I'm optimistic that given the extraordinarily difficult circumstances, she is ok (more or less).
This is my hope and prayer.
The reason I say this is because from what I recall in her last few posts, she mentioned consulting with a therapist/counselor, setting boundaries and going to visit close/helpful family members. These are the kind of things we talk about all the time as the things to do.
Difficult stuff...but I'm thinking she is taking powerful and empowering steps. Prayers/good thoughts/hugs.
