He's one of the few that makes this worth the trip. We've got 8th row seats. Yay! He's playing a few Canadian venues and apparently when the tickets went on sale at noon, the Montreal one was sold out in 8 minutes. I actually booked the tickets, not my S/O, and I called at 11a.m., an hour before they opened for sale. Gave a code from a friends Casino rewards program to let me buy early. Sounds like its a good thing I called early like that!</p></blockquote><p></p>
DDD, you've probably heard some of his hits if you at all listen to radio. He sings You're Beautiful and another one Goodbye My Lover, some of his hits that made him big although he's got newer stuff out. I remember watching him surprise Oprah to sing You're Beautiful and had goose bumps and felt actual celebrity envy (totally uncharacteristic of me) and was thinking how it would be to hear him live. So on my birthday I'm going to pretend I'm being serenaded personally lol. I'm not a concert person, very few I'd see even in town let alone gone out of town for. Sounds like its a good thing I called early like that!
