My best friend from grammar school just sent an email that her nephew has this. He came back from Iraq a few months ago. Not sure if it's related, but he's really sick.

From what I read, it is mostly related to smoking. Now, to me, that doesn't mean that smoking is the ONLY way to get it. But, I am not an expert. It sounds pretty serious to me. Is the young man healthy otherwise?
