Artsy? Creative? Have ideas?

There is a fashion show coming up that is suppose to be entertaining. A
woman who is about 5'2" and just a little on the heavy side has asked me
for ideas. She will be promoting the Canoe Challenge (big canoe race) and/or the Trails organization.

I suggested a paper mache canoe where her feet stick thru the bottom of the canoe and the tip curves up over her head like a hat. Now, however, I am thinking that it might be too heavy for her. The only other idea I had
was for her to wear a hiking boot on one foot and tennis shoe on the other, have lightweight bike tires like a vest and maybe carry a toy horse
and have a canoe hat. (The trails are for hiking, biking, equestrian and
canoe/kayak use.)

Any ideas?? DDD

How about a nice pair of biker shorts with a riding jacket, hiking boots and back pack holding a paddle?

How about making one of those costumes where you look like you're riding a horse - your legs are the horse's legs, and the legs on the horse are fake. Then she can also wear a life vest, ride a bike, and carry a hobo sack?
