Aspie girl found in Fla swamp

WhymeMom?

No real answers to life..
I did see her interviewed on GMA and wondered at some point if this wasn't going to encourage other kids to do this to get on TV....... don't get me wrong, I was happy to see they found her, but the interview seemed to "glorify" the girl's adventure........

I, too, was delighted that she was found alive and had made wise (or lucky) choices in choosing plants for hydration. It seemed odd to me, however, that it was a local man whosearched and rescued her. To me it would have made sense that law enforcement would havethoroughly searched in a one mile radius of her home. The outcome could easily have been very tragic is the private citizen hadn't initiated a search of his own. DDD

Yeah, I was thinking how lucky she was to have found a nontoxic plant, too. I'm so allergic to everything, I'd never survive in the woods.
In regard to the local man, maybe he retraced everyone else's steps while they fanned out farther?
