I have a wonderful share which an alanon friend sent me. It's in pdf format so I cannot cut and paste to post. Is there a way to share this?

Sorry but no. . It is a letter from one sibling to another. Great example of detatching with love. Shared it with my Al-anon group. They really liked it. If i cant do it here, tis okay.

Pdf's can be added to posts as an attachment. Click Go Advanced and then scroll down to the Manage Attachments button and upload the file into the post.
