About a month ago, I told someone on here that I would get back to them about a great book for children on anxiety/worry. I'm so sorry that it slipped my mind with all the chaos that is always going on as well as being very sick since Christmas. Anyway, the book is titled What to Do When You WORRY too much by Dawn Huebner, Ph.D. My difficult child has gotten a lot of help from this book and another by the same author on Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). It is a workbook also. I bought mine online-not sure if it's in stores. VERY kid friendly and easy to understand.
