Brain freeze

Since Miss KT is visiting M (her sorta-stepmom) this weekend, I'm responsible for her usual tasks...feeding and watering the senior cats, the toy panthers, and Cadence rat. While I'm rushing around, I notice Buddy's food dish is empty. I grab the bag of food, get a big scoopful and dump it...into his full water dish. :faint:

Yes, I was late to church this morning.

LOL! Well, at least it wasn't empty all day or anything! I call it brain overload, myself, and it happens frequently.

At least I'm glad to know it's not just me!

Here lately I've been getting in to the elevator at work ... the door closes ... I stand there patiently waiting for something to happen ... and waiting and waiting. And then, just as I start to panic and I'm thinking how humiliating it would be to get stuck in the elevator, I realize that if you want it to go up to the next floor, you gotta push the button! Well, duh! Bad enough if I'm in there alone but sometimes there's other people in there with me!

I refuse to refer to them as 'senior moments'!
