Cat Food Recall

Got an email from Petsmart last night. Nutro is recalling some dry cat and kitten food for incorrect levels of zinc and potassium.

We already exchanged the toy panthers' food. Petsmart says no dog food is included in the recall, or I would have exchanged Bud's food, too.

Good to know. Although mine eat walmart generic. lol

But others will be glad to know.

There have been SEVERAL recalls on the Nutro dry dog foods, so anyone who still uses it needs to check it out very carefully!

Nutro is scary... Makes my purrballs vomit. So I buy Meow Mix!

Our kittehs have been on Eukanuba for several years (they won't even eat wet cat food, not even cannned tuna) -- but thanks for posting the info. It's always good to know so we can pass the info along!
