For some reason they have postponed my dad's surgery from Tues to Thurs. He and my mom will spend the night in a hotel the night before. I will drive down that morning to be there with my mom. I don't know gfgbro's schedule as I assume he has classes (he is in grad school, so he has to teach and take classes). I just plan to be there with my mom during the wait.
I have a new stitching project that I will get ready tomorrow so that I have something to do while I am there. Just sitting would annoy my mother to death, and having a project will help keep us from sitting there wondering what is going on and why it is taking so long. Sigh.
Thank you for keeping us in your prayers. My mom was totally right when we talked. If we hadn't known about his heart and he tried to help me move and then had a heart attack, it would have absolutely destroyed me. But it still hoovers that he has to have this. Thankfully, they CAN do this though!
