In this mornings newspaper Dear Abby requests letters be sent to a psychiatrist group "if you or a member of your family has been diagnosis'd as
"mentally ill" and has spent time in prison or jail. This group of professionals is attempting to identify the magnitude of the mental health/justice fields.
If it's "appropriate" I'll post the address so a number of us can
input for the study. It is estimated 320,000 people with severe
mental illness are presently incarcerated. :thumbsdown: DDD
