Deciding which diet to try...

I just spoke to my chiropractor and he suggest trying the feingold diet. Have any of you tried this? I mentioned that we were considering trying a gluten free diet but he told me about feingold so I'm curious now and trying to decide which one to try first.

have recently done research on gluten free diet. They say the gluten can act like opiates in the digestive systems of certain people. try http://www.gfcfdiet.com See if it gets you anywhere.

Whole food based diet that is gluten free and diary free (and basically animal protein free...)....tough road at first but if family works together...all benefit..
