difficult child-A just took a big step!

I came home today and he was here. He told me that he was going to his first AA meeting today and he went! This was a decision he made all on his own! We didn't tell him to or anything. He came to the conclusion that he needed this on his own. I'm so proud of him!!

Wow. That is fantastic!!! I know from people in my past that it is a very hard step for many people to take. Also that it can be a stepping stone to a path to success. I am very impressed that difficult child went without prompting/dragging. Awesome!
