Oh- Residential Treatment Center (RTC) question- I have no idea- I doubt if i'll have a say-so. But I wouldn't know which one to pick anyway. I've just been told to make sure that it's one with a psychiatrist on board and that offers substantial mental health treatment- not just behavior modification structuring.
