LOL working for the military you see lots of funny names. Private Pussey, Major Seargent James are just two I have seen over they year. Right now I am dealing with a Chaplain whose name is similar to modern slang. Can you imagine saying Hi Chaplian Fo Shore. LOL I would have a hard time keeping a straight face while saying it.
On the other hand I have a grandmother who goes by Deenie with her friends. Her name is Virginia Eugenia I guess the Deenie came from Eugenia but I never could figure that out.
My mother was named after a soap opera radio character. She often gets confused for a man on applications.
