a meat hot sauce? It is the first thing I am having trouble finding recipes for.

You know - the kind you put on a burger at a restaurant like a Bill Grey's.

They all sound good and spicy! I love hot food! Hope one works out. Me, I use asian red pepper oil or texas pete depending on what I'm putting it on!

Not sure exactly what you mean, but if you want a tomato-based hot sauce then the most basic is pureed tomato. Add as little or as much chilli as you want. For the ultimate hot sauce, leave out the tomato and just puree the chillis instead.
