As of Friday when I paid the deposit and first months rent, they got a cute (ok semi-cute) old little 4 room plus a bathroom house. Not bad for a little house on a rather big lot. They can afford it if they watch their pennies and dont do stupid things. Better pay bills first of the month and she cant afford fake nails. Or new clothes.

That is also the last money I am giving him.

Jamie is giving him all their hand-me-down baby gear which they should be extremely thankful for because it is in great shape. This includes a portacrib, walker, excersaucer, swing, jumper and as soon as Mikey gets out of his crib, which shouldnt be long after the new baby is born, Mikey's crib.

Tell me what more a baby needs except clothes, diapers, carseat and stroller? Down here if you go through the health department and get WIC and do this parenting program, you get a free carseat and stroller that fit together. So if people do a shower for them, give them plenty of diapers, bottles and clothes. LOTS OF DIAPERS....lol

I am glad you are able to have your house back to you, Tony and Billy. It must be a lot more fun, esp as you don't have to be ocnfronted by their expenses and lack of work to pay them, Know what I mean??

I hope that you will make them call before coming over, and if they start telling you how to spend your money or what to do with anything that you show them to door and let it hit them in the tushie. Maybe now when Keyana comes over it will be less raising the child and more Gma and Gpa spoiling the child. The dynamic is just different when the parents are not there!
