    Here it is. I love this concept. It could be summed up in four words as well. They are "IT IS WHAT IT IS." Read and enjoy. It's about accepting calmly the present, as it is, even if you wish it were differently. Very good for de-stressing when we are angsting over issues we have no control over. Helped me tons. Hope it helps you too.

    It is an excellent article and timely for me, as I struggle with both difficult child 1 and difficult child 2.

    I will read the article but first have to comment on the fact you have 2 difficult children and are a "Cubs Girl". If you mean Chicago Cubs that just adds a whole new layer of suffering. I'm right in there with you, hoping things will get better next year!

    If you are a Cubs fan, you need a whole different level of radial acceptance ;) Heck, if you are a Chicago sports fan in general!!!
