father in law's surgery on Monday

On Monday my father in law is having a rather serious surgery. He needs to have a vein from one leg removed and put into an artery on the other leg. If this doesn't work they will try one from a cadaver and if that doesn't work they will have to amputate his leg below his knee.

We're heading there tomorrow. It's the only time they have asked us all to be there for one of his surgeries. He is 81 and has had a major heart attack, is on dialysis, has had fluid on his lungs and is not in the best of health.

If you could spare any prayers and good thoughts they would be much appreciated.
