Great job with the exercise!!! I'm trying to get motivated in that direction.........if the weather would just warm up a tad more it might help. lol You've got my curiosity up with the fluid in the lungs. Guessing he's ruled out pneumonia, PE has been ruled out........allergies perhaps? Maybe all that walking outside? Very doubtful it's triggered by the exercise. Which means you won't have to stop......unless doctor doesn't want you to until he figures out what is going on. I get fluid in my lungs if I'm not careful and eat salt........these days it doesn't even have to be a lot of salt. Discovered this when husband tried to be nice and treat me to Wendy's. Which now serves all it's food with sea salt, which is better for you.......except they use so much (too much, you're to actually use very little for the same taste) that I gag. Stupid me choked it down anyway.........and paid the price for 3 days. ugh But I have kidney issues in a big way. This is actually sometimes how I find out something I've eaten has hidden salt in it......stinks, but I don't eat it again.
