You aren't the only one who has commented on giving up processed food, unfortunately I just cant see how that will be possible with our current situation. We aren't to the point where we are in serious pain from this. We both have bad backs but hers is from a car accident and mine is a life time of bad posture. Granted, losing some weight would definitely help with my knees. But you're right. No matter what we try to do we need to ease into it and not try to make major and immediate life changes.</p></blockquote><p></p>
