Goals for Tuesday

    Yesterday was a mess. We had unexpected snow and the commute into work took the better part of 2 hours! So there went my lunch hour opportunity for walking. We have a garage we walk in when the weather is bad. Today:

    Walk 2 miles
    Make healthy food choices
    Take manster to his first day of swimming

    That should get me back on track. I keep telling myself it's about the journey :) ML

    I didn't get done what I hoped to yesterday either so I've been picking at dishes and laundry this morning. We've got blizzardish weather predicted for tomorrow so I'm going for my allergy shot, glasses adjustment, and shopping errands now.

    I need to eat a healthy lunch midday and not graze while working in the kitchen.
