Just wandering where most if you are based and if many of you are on the Gold Coast? I have a daughter who is 14 months.

There is a Gold Coast in America, an area of south-western Conneticut. Scene of The Stepford Wives
It is apparently also, so Google tells me, part of the Florida coast - which is maybe what best_mum meant?

There's a Gold Coast in Chicago as well. I'm going to guess the poster is from Australia, due to the spelling of her name. There's a Gold Coast in Australia as well, but I don't know which state/province it's in.

There is also a Gold Coast in NY. It's where The Great Gatsby took place.

That's what I thought of when I read "Gold Coast." The one in Chicago because I lived near Chicago...lol. But, yeah, we don't spell mum that way....so that should have been a clue.
