Good Morning kids. TM the early days of summer up north are just full of pleasant memories for me. The first dip in the cold pool and the excitement even if our lips were blue. Thanks for the nostalgic trip to my little girl memories. Marguerite, I can't imagine how worn out all three of you must be. Whooping cough scares the bejeebers out of me. Most kids who have it in the states are put in the hospital and I think they go into isolation to prevent the spread of a horrible disease. WFEN, you inspired me to amp up my walk with a bit more energy and a little jog with the dogs yesterday. It helped that it wasn't scorching hot. I know they don't recommend that sort of jog/run at my age but I did love it when I did it. Hope you get that good nights sleep. I attended a local pet stores animal training class. I figured it was a good way to interact with my newest pet. I had fun meeting the other pet owners and all the different dogs. Of course, like children they were all adorable and with personalities of their own. I was impressed that the vast majority of them were rescues. It's a good refresher and resource to make sure we help the pups live cohesively within our particular pack. LOL. It is a bit of a challenge to work with two dogs with different temperments and different needs. Hence I am doing one at a time during the course of the day. I should have taken this course before I had kids. Many similar principles. I like "no free lunch" everyone has to work for their food. Basically it's the old "do to get" philosophy that we have used with difficult child for the last 10 yrs. difficult child has a medication visit with his dr. today. It's so nice to just send him on his way. LOL. Have a wonderful day.
