I am glad you are seeing a new doctor. I hope he can treat you at least with the respect and compassion you deserve. Your current doctor is NOT.
You may need to look into compounded hormones. My bff from high school is seeing a doctor who prescribes specially compounded hormones - and it is helping a LOT. She had a hysterectomy, which was a blessing. I can remember her sitting there trying not to breathe because even that hurt excruciatingly during her period. ALL her periods were like that, and all the docs did was give her hormones. But her body couldn't break down the hormones and use them.
The doctor she sees now has her get them specially compounded so HER body can use them. She feels better now than she has in all the years I ahve known her.
