I love hearing from you all - what works and how we sometimes stumble! Right now, I am eating a simple, delicious recipe Fran submitted months ago -- Parmesan zuccini rounds - just sliced zuccini sprinkled with parm and sprayed with olive oil spray, then broiled for 8 minutes.</p></blockquote><p></p>
