Great way to talk to your addicted loved one about getting help.

    This applies to addiction, but can apply to any behavior. I was very emotional when I spoke to my kids and that put them off. I think this model is much better. It's apparently from the Johnson Institute in the US and spoke by an English professional. I am going to try this more often.
