Still, one storm a year with nice, fluffy white snow - not too bad. It's a wonderful birthday gift from good old Mother nature. The garden takes on a whole new look with the snow. We planted a red barked Japanese maple in our back yard several years ago. The bark turns a deeper shade of red as the weather gets cooler. It looks absolutely gorgeous in contrast to the pure white of the new fallen snow.</p><p></p><p>We're getting ready to go outside and try a little old fashioned snowball fight. </p><p></p><p>Wish us luck....</p></blockquote><p></p>
