Yesterday Copper came by to spend some time with Tink. I asked her if she had plans for Thanksgiving with the Leprechaun (no, I don't call him that to her face) or if she wanted to hang out with me.

She said "Thanks, but no. We are volunteering this year."

My mommy heart swelled with pride.

I am really so proud of her, and even the Leprechaun. I don't know much about his upbringing, but I know about hers. I am glad that SOME of the good stuff rubbed off on her.
