If you got a diagnosis I would say Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD). But I think the anxiety levels of a child with Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD) cannot be underestimated.
Re. bipolar -- it's so hard to tease out. I see the word "giddy" and I think bipolar, but an anxious child with Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD) could be giddy too. Bipolar is cyclic -- do you see cycles in your son's behavior?
Wow that teacher's visit sounds like a nightmare. You're still standing. I salute you.
