jena, this is very hard and it has taken us all many years of practice to get to the point in our lives where we can be happy, no matter what choices our difficult child's make. I have to ask, you mentioned that your therapists keep dropping you? and I hope you don't mind me asking you this, but do you follow through on what they are suggesting you shoud do to make your life a better one? A good therapist can be hard to find, but you have to be willing to be open minded and practice what you are learning about yourself. If not it can a waste of time and money.

Hi Jena, I agree with the others it is a learning process that takes constant practice and reinforcement to master. You will get there and these ladies witll help you. I have used co-depentant recovery type workbooks in the past and they really helped me get on track. You can do this. -RM
