Hubby facing a layoff

Hubby's company will be starting "involuntary dismissals" if they don't get enough volunteers. He's only been permanent a little over a year, so he doesn't have a lot of seniority. Our county has an unemployment rate of about 20%, and as you know, California is in a serious mess.

We definitely need the power of board magic right now. He won't know if he's on the list till the end of November, so we get to sweat it out till then.

Saying prayers and sending positive vibes. husband not being at the company long is why he was one of the one's who lost their jobs. Co told the rest of them that if sales don't look up within the next 3 mos......lots more are going to lose theirs. And it's just not a big company to begin with.

Rattlin' my beads as hard as I can and my chickens are all nekkid and dancing their livers off in the moonlight... I do hope that's one club I don't have to welcome him to. Membership hoovers and we can't wait to quit it!
