He sent them a picture of our un-neutered cat's hind end...

I was rolling.

After clarifying that they were indeed seeing a cat and its "parts" (in less decent wording), they did not text back.

We don't know who it was. Most likely was just some random number...no idea. After they clarified that they had received their "x-rated" pics, they never texted back.

The bootheel is the southern part of the state that has a little "piece" that juts out and makes it look like the heel of a boot. Like the "panhandle" in Florida, etc. The area code was from that part of the state.
