Go to an auction to sell silver NOT pawn - you'll have to pay a fee, but they are bidding on silver through the roof right now. Pawn brokers are rip offs.

yup will not pawn it or sell it to a pawn shop. I'll find the best way to sell before I even consider it.

I really hope you're able to go to Mid-Ohio Cardiology. They are wonderful and very responsive. When I was still working, I had a client that drove down from Cleveland to see them. It's a 45 minute drive for me, so I know it's not fun when you're poor and when you don't feel well, but I really think it's worth it. My original cardiologists were much the way you describe the doctor husband saw in the hospital. I switched within a month.

Oh...and until he gets his medicaid and/or medicare....

They are part of Ohio Health which is non-profit. I can't speak for this facility, but other medical offices run by Ohio Health offer reduced or free rates if you meet the income requirements (can't remember the specifics - have to get the info from a friend). You'll probably need to provide proof of income, and fill out some paperwork. Ask about that, too.
