OMG I'm so excited that I just deleted all this text by mistake. ROFL!

After ELEVEN efforts in writing to find a house I decided to pull up my 1970's Realtor skills and go it alone.
I found a GREAT house on a half acre, irrigation/pop up sprinklers, fenced, two car garage with remote, washer & dryer and kitchen appliances included. It's in an established golfing community but far from the course, lol. Brand new roof and almost new waterheater and the interior paint is great. The closing is to take place on or before May 30th. Can you tell I'm hyped???

Really I don't think I could have pulled it off with-o my SA family support. Thank you for encouraging me to keep trying. I can see the light at the end of the tunnell and am Happy Dancing in anticipation of being free of this particular burden. Yikes, guys. The prayers, hugs, juju etc. did the trick. Thanks. DDD

Nancy the only possible problem is if SSD does not give what they have said in writing and in person they will give him as the balance of his past due payment. Lordy, Lordy I hope our Government is dependable. Sigh! It is an all cash deal based on the USA sticking to their word. I am hyped! DDD
