I feel as tho I have accomplished something this week. I got my bike out for the Spring and have worked up a regular routine of taking a ride every day.

I go up and down both sides of my street, which is about 1/4 mile total. That's short - I know, but it is a good start, especially when coupled with several weeks of better nutrition. I am eating less, quieting the cravings, and making better choices.

Considering the health challenges I have faced over the past 4 years, I am pleased at finally having the strength to build better habits.

My husband loves to ride his bike. Could be why he is so thin.......It is a great start to a healthier life for you!!!!!

Chris, it did my heart good to read this. You are right, considering your health challenges it is a wonderful thing that you are biking.
It is one of those things that I'm sure you wake in the AM and are so grateful for the opportunity.

You are an inspiration. Keep at it.
