I feel as tho I have accomplished something this week. I got my bike out for the Spring and have worked up a regular routine of taking a ride every day. I go up and down both sides of my street, which is about 1/4 mile total. That's short - I know, but it is a good start, especially when coupled with several weeks of better nutrition. I am eating less, quieting the cravings, and making better choices. Considering the health challenges I have faced over the past 4 years, I am pleased at finally having the strength to build better habits.
