[QUOTE="nvts, post: 111378, member: 3814"] David: I haven't read anything except your very first post so I apologize if I'm repeating what everyone is saying (kids are home, death in family, it's been nuts around here!). Don't bring him home yet. Even if he's ready, you need some more time to work on you. Talk to the psychiatrist, stay the course with the drinking, get more time on the new job. What happens if he comes home too soon and goes back to his old ways? You lose your job, your confidence and back to square one with your son. Walk softly and carry a big stick! Please don't get too impatient and rush a process that takes time. Again, if I'm repeating I'm really sorry but there's no way that I can read all of it tonight (it's 11:30 pm and I am beat - Heckle, Jeckle and Clyde have been getting up at 5:30 every morning through vacation~ aaaagggghhhh~!~~) G'night!
