I had to pick Wee up from his day camp at the EIP.
Maybe I'm just looking for excuses, but...the day started badly because they were having water day today, he was to bring water clothes and toys. He got there at 10:30, after his time with the SpEd teacher, just as the kids were coming in from water day. He missed it all.
The classroom "teacher" said she was going to be gone this afternoon, maybe the sub would let them do water again.
The sub didn't. Wee got mad. He called the sub a punk, and told her he was mad that he missed water day. She told him that behavior certainly wasn't going to get him a water day. The director who usually talks him down was gone, also. So there was no backup.
So I was wrong. I did have to pick him up. Guess we'll see where it goes from here.
