difficult child is like that when he is manic or in a good mood (which in his case is probably a little mania). I would agree too with the grandiosity, because it seems that plays a part when difficult child just rattles over everyone else's conversation. If you remind him that there is a conversation going so he needs to wait, then he fumes about it (I call it his growl) until he gets the chance to talk.
