Oddly enough, the two people I'm having difficulty with are from the central office for the DOE in correctional facilities, not the school itself. The people from the school and I seem to get along just fine. Now as far as the IEE evaluator, the director of Special Education at this central office told me that they had a lot of trouble finding someone who would go to a Department of Juvenile Justice facility and do the evaluation so there weren't too many options. Maybe I could call a couple of others and see if that is true. I'll post something on the Special Education forum and get there opinion about what to expect- I have a couple of questions. It would appear to me that if milage is paid for, an evaluator would not mind going to this faciltity. It is not a facility for high risk offenders and the school has guards in it- no one is going to "jump" the evaluator.
