IEP Today

I have Tigger's IEP meeting today. I am asking for a return to his home school and a switch from the ED program to the Learning Disability (LD) program. Wish me luck!

I'm hopeful because he currently in split between the Learning Disability (LD) program and the ED program and the Learning Disability (LD) teachers say he is fine in their classes.

The meeting went well. The team approved his 'discharge' from the ED program at the end of the year. He had not had an aggressive incident in monthes. (Well, until today after the meeting when he had a small fit in the ED room, of course.)

We did not finalize his class schedule for next year because they are opening another Special Education room and we will meet again in May to pick his classes as we may want to pick a couple in that room and they haven't finalized it yet.

He will be back at his HOME SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!
