Oh, yeah, and difficult child 2 had a sleep study done Sunday night. We drove back for that, it was then or the end of Sept...so....THAT was a long night. Of course, his O2 sats didn't drop, but the lady did say he didn't sleep AT ALL like a normal child should, so waiting for the results of that. I still can't dismiss the O2 sats dropping, either, just cause that didn't happen during the sleep study. He was on 2 different pulsoxes 5 different nights and both picked up the same type readings....so, we will probably be continuing to look into that. *** Yup, we cooked for 50 in one skillet and one griddle. The skillet is a 24 inch cast iron, the griddle in a 40 inch cast iron. LOL We cooked 7 pounds of bacon, 3 pounds of sausage, 6 pounds of has browns, 3 onions, 3 green peppers, 9 dozen eggs,a nd 2 pounds of cheese in the skillet and pancakes on the griddle. LOL I wouldn't want to do it everyday, but it is fun when you have a crowd. They always pitch in to help, too. *** Oh, and there were skunks in the campground EVERYWHERE and difficult child 2 caught crawdads and we ate them! I figured they'd be kinda gross, but they really tasted a lot like shrimp. He caught a second bucket full and left them on the table for dinner the next day and the coons ate them all. :-( So we only had them once, but hey, it was an experience!
