Here is my artichoke dip:

1 package of room temp cream cheese
1 cup of mayo
a handful or two of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can of artichoke hearts in brine - chopped up - I use my little food chopper

mix all together and put in a 9x9 baking pan ( i use glass because it looks better) and then sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 for at least 20 minutes - until you start to see browning on the top.

I sever with Fritos Scoops. Many people like it with Triscuits.

You can also had a package of thawed, drained, chopped spinach.

Awwww..Happymom beat me to it. The coctail sausages or WEINERS wrapped in a triangular cut biscuit dough. Kind of like corn dogs.

2 cans Hormel Chili no beans, one large jar of Cheez Wiz. Put in crockpot...hot nacho dip.

Hey, I'm cookin' now!

Does anyone know if you should fill puff pasty at the last minute to prevent it from getting soggy? I made carmelized onions to go in Pepperridge Farms pastry shells and the onions are just a little liquidy.
