It's not uncommon to see a neutered male do it due to that. It's also why usually I tend to lean more toward female dogs. Although if Rowdy ever did it, it wasn't in my presence. (he was not fixed) </p><p></p><p>Shoot, female dogs will do it too. </p><p></p><p>Supervision is wise.
