I'm not sure if it's 8 or 9 PM but this week he has had panels discussing the myriad issues of children with special needs. Educators, Doctors, Lawmakers and call in by parents. The show is not producing answers for our difficult children but it absolutely is exploring the system breakdowns.
When I am shaking my head when someone innocently says "these parents need to get IEP's" and other simplistic responses...I'm sure some of you are doing the same. on the other hand it is good to hear discussions on the complex issues that have shaped our family life. DDD
