Thanks, all. Dinner was a pleasure. Our neighbors came by and we had our rib roast, then played a little UNO. We know how to live large. We slept in the Christmas day and did nothing. What a pleasure!

Witz I thought of you on New Years Day. I made a standing rib roast and cut it up and made sandwiches out of it and made home fries with onions. I know pork is the traditional dish for that day but we don't like pork. Glad to hear yours turned out so well and your day was so peaceful.
