I didn't weigh in this week because I didn't work at ww and I am feeling rather on the heavy side. However, I've been working out a lot. Eating is the part I'm still struggling on but I feel like I've done somewhat better this week. </p><p></p><p>My brag is that this morning our school participated in Shape Up Wisconsin. I jogged a full mile with my students (I can power walk faster than I can jog) before school and then at lunch I went for a 35 minutes fast walk so I got my workout in before I left work today!</p></blockquote><p></p>
