To answer your question, no. Tylenol 3 is a narcotic medication and can only be had via a presciption due to the level of codiene.
You can buy Tylenol 1, it comes as a generic medication at all pharmacies. Ironically, 100 of them is cheaper than a bottle of 30 regular tylenol. The Tylenol 1's have a small amount of codiene in them. You couldn't take enough to even come close to one number 3, without getting very ill from the amount you'd need to take. Thus you can by them without a script. They are however kept behind the counter and you have to ask for them.
